Who we are.

Heartbred Studio operates Ruthie, this website, and the beta testing list. For privacy questions or requests, contactsupport@ruthie.app.

What you share with us.

The signup form asks for your email address and, optionally, which assistant you use. We also keep the date of your request, your email confirmation, and a record of your permission to receive testing invitations and occasional beta updates.

Your assistant choice helps us understand who is interested. It does not connect an assistant or give us access to an account with another service.

What we use it for.

We use the list to arrange beta testing and send related updates. We ask you to confirm your email first. Joining does not subscribe you to a separate newsletter or commit you to buying Ruthie.

We do not sell or rent the beta list. We share information with the service providers needed to store the list, deliver email, and protect the form.

The services behind the form.

Convex stores the beta list and processes signup, confirmation, and removal requests. Resend receives your email address and message content to deliver confirmation emails and maintains delivery records.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Our server verifies the result before accepting a signup. We do not store the challenge token in your signup record.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe their own processing, security, and retention practices.

Leaving the list.

Unconfirmed requests expire and are deleted after seven days. A confirmed signup stays on the beta list until you leave. Keep your confirmation email: its link lets you remove your signup from the active list at any time.

Removal deletes the active signup record. It does not immediately erase copies in provider delivery logs or backups, which follow the providers’ retention processes.

Visiting this website.

We do not add advertising trackers or audience analytics. Fonts and artwork are served with the site; the signup page also loads Cloudflare’s security check. Services that deliver and protect the site may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and requested pages for operation and security.

This notice concerns the website and recruitment list. Information about using the app is supplied with access to the applicable test.

If you contact support.

We receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send so we can respond to your question or request. Cloudflare routes support mail to our inbox. Please leave out sign-in codes and any private agenda or Journal content that we don’t need to help you.

Changes to this notice.

If the website or beta-list processing changes, we will update this page and its date. A different use of the list, such as a separate newsletter, would have its own invitation.
